aeon health

October 28, 2008

Here is one photo that is ready for the gym shoot I did on Wednesday. One of the important characteristics of this gym is the view. It was necessary to expose different parts of the area and then layer the photo to come up with the right exposure for each part. I placed two flashes in between the chairs to light up the sides and give dimension. The photo below is actually two shots. There are other photos that will be a combination of 3 or 4 shots. There are HDR plug-ins that you can use for this type of editing.

Today I photographed the interior and exterior of a new health management business. I will post those soon. While I was outside I came across this dead bird in the northwestern corner of the parking lot.

oksana part 2

October 20, 2008

Oksana and I were trying to get some city shots in a casual outfit. She takes beautiful pictures. The light is stunning during sunset in downtown. If you go down Main street, the entire street is filled with warm rays. I have only edited a few, and these are it.

Sunday evening I had the opportunity to photograph Oksana with the help of Kelsey. Oksana is Ukrainian and has experience on the runway. It was fun to get to work with her. Kelsey had a great idea of a series of photographs. Here is my version of it. I included a few of my favorites.

roffino = awesome

October 7, 2008

Saturday evening I photographed the Roffino family. They were a great family – up for anything and ready to have a good time. Even the 14 month old, Austin, gave all he had. We took a few of them holding up poster board so that they could design a card to send out for the holidays. I wrote in “Merry Christmas” so you could get the idea. Also because showing a picture with two blank pieces of cardboard would have been tomfoolery. The photos below are my initial favorites.
